We’ll talk about the home you’re looking for, your preferred areas, timing, and questions. Together, we’ll decide where to begin.

2Understand your budget and financing

If you’re using a mortgage, a lender can help clarify your borrowing options. Consider those alongside purchase costs, ongoing expenses, and a monthly payment you’re comfortable with.

3Find a home that fits your life

We’ll tour homes and compare location, layout, condition, and price—helping you understand the tradeoffs before deciding.

4Make an offer with confidence

We’ll discuss the price, conditions, and timing, explain the paperwork, and work through any negotiations with you.

5Review the details before closing

We’ll work through disclosures, inspection findings, and contract deadlines while coordinating the remaining purchase requirements.

6Close and receive your keys

We’ll confirm the final walkthrough, closing arrangements, and agreed handover so you know what to expect as you move forward.

Questions before you book.

Can we talk before I’m ready to buy?

Yes. We can talk about what you’re considering, answer your questions, and identify a useful next step—even if your timing, budget, or preferred area is still taking shape.

Where do I start with financing?

A lender can explain your loan options, review what you may qualify for, and estimate the monthly payment and cash needed to close. In our conversation, we can discuss the questions you’d like to take to a lender.

What costs should I plan for?

Alongside the home price, consider closing costs and ongoing expenses such as property taxes, insurance, maintenance, and any association fees. Ask your lender for an estimate of both upfront costs and the full monthly payment.

What should I bring to our conversation?

Your questions, any areas or homes you’re considering, and a sense of your timing are useful starting points. If you have lender estimates or a preapproval, those can help us discuss your search range too.

How will we meet?

Choose your preferred method in the booking form: a phone call, Google Meet, or Zoom. For a phone call, enter the number where Jahnna can reach you. For a video meeting, use the meeting link in your confirmation email at the scheduled time.

Can I share my plans when I book?

Yes. The booking form includes optional questions about your preferred area, timing, and what you’d like to discuss. Share what’s useful, or leave them blank and talk it through during the call.

What happens after I book?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and meeting details. Check the time zone shown when booking. For Google Meet or Zoom, your invitation includes the video link; for a phone call, Jahnna will call the number you provide.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Use the reschedule or cancellation link in your confirmation email. If you can’t find it, email Jahnna for help.
